Refund policy

At GrizzlyBur we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original carefully curated box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at georgetalavera18@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1040 S. Raymond Avenue - Fullerton, CA 92831

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please take a minute to check out Grizz upon receipt, and contact us immediately if he arrives damaged.  Likewise, if it's a garment you've ordered, and you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. If you've worn and washed the garment and you just don't like it after all - like c'mon...how are you not gonna love it?!  So there's that.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds - this is iffy
We mean -  if it arrives damaged, torn, or broken (highly unlikely) but let's just play along...of course we will either replace it, refund you.  We do require photo proof of the matter. For a couple of reasons: 1. to help rectify your matter, and 2. allow us to improve our quality control process.  Learning from our own mistakes allows us to be better which in turn serves our customers better, and as a business, this is the very priority of our existence.  Upon review of the photo and receipt of the returned items, and upon approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
